  • She met you through the mastermind that she is in, and when she first met you, she asked who you were, and then she started to hear more about your story.

  • She had a complete life pivot a few years ago. It was a complete death of an entire identity.

• How she decided to drop out of med school. 4:03

  • Jana was in med school in the first year, then she dropped out in the second year, and then in the third year, she decided to quit.

  • Her mom said one of her biggest regrets was missing out on med school because her family couldn't afford to send her.

  • Caleb was a few years away from actually doing what he wanted to do and all of these things. One day he asked her if she wanted to come get bubble tea and she was angry.

  • She used to fantasize about getting a snazzy job offer.

  • Normal people hate their jobs, and when they are surrounded by other future doctors who are also sharing a similar sentiment, it can become a big weight on top of what they're already feeling.

  • When she decided to leave med school, she had three seconds of courage and called them up.

  • Nana encouraged nana to take a gap year. Nana used up all of her courage from styling and wanting to quit her job.

  • Nana had no plan when she took the gap year, because she had no idea what she would do with her life.

  • The day she called her dad and told him she was thinking about dropping out of med school, he suggested she take a gap year instead.

  • She was scared of what her dad would think, because he always bragged about her being the first doctor in the family.

  • When she went home to have dinner with her parents, he asked her how her exams were going, and she knew where he was going.

  • The first thing she launched online was health and fitness coaching, which was her first step into entrepreneurship.

  • Her first client paid her $30 a week and she was doing weight training and nutrition and meal plans. She was obsessed with weight training, no cardio.

  • The next step in the business was to sell the business, but she felt she didn't want to do it because she loved building the business.

  • He started making a plan around April to transition out of his business and finish up with clients. He didn't officially close that branch of the business until October.

  • His brother was considering doing fifo, which is a way for people to make a lot of money in a short time.

  • Caleb and his friend started a cleaning business together in July of that year. They asked them to mentor and consult in their business unofficially.

  • One thing led to another and they got a big contract, and that's where it kind of just got started.

  • Jana was planning out what her life would look like as a 16-year-old when she got her first $500,000 a year contract.

  • From that period of time, everything just compounded and everything went up overnight, and it was just a blur of building up the business.
